Revolver – cocktail variation recipe

Let me offer you a cocktail that doesn’t have a name, because it’s a de facto deviation from the thing called a Revolver, which I made on my own. The original Revolver uses regular bourbon and slightly different proportions. I focused on chocolate, simplified the proportions and turned out to be a very dessert thing that is prepared like this:

1 piece of Spicebox Chocolate
1 part coffee liqueur (not sweet, for example, Borghetti)

Pour the ingredients into a glass of your choice, add a bitter at the rate of 1 teaspoon per 80 ml of cocktail. Mix it up. Add ice to taste.

A variant of the Revolver cocktail before cooking.

My notes:
I developed this potion with the sole purpose of coming up with a cocktail called Spicebox Chocolate, and this is a very specific thing. Therefore, the ease of preparation is somewhat offset by dependence on a specific ingredient, which can be very difficult to obtain. To be honest, I don’t even know if there are alternative producers of chocolate whiskey. At the same time, you can take absolutely any bitter, but I even got a chocolate bitter for myself.

The one-to-one proportions fit perfectly. Trust me. I spent half a bottle of Spicebox until I finally had an epiphany in the form of this wonderful and simple solution. If you add more Borghetti, there will be too little alcohol in the cocktail. And if you drink more whiskey, it will turn out too sweet. So 1:1. Harder is not always better.
