Jack O’fire – cocktail recipe

A fresh cocktail. It’s called Jack O’ Fire. Sweet again, because I love sweet things. So listen up, comrades!

Recipe:
3 parts of Mozart Pumpkin Spice liqueur
1 part whiskey with cinnamon

Pour into a glass of your choice first Mozart Pumpkin Spice, and then whiskey with cinnamon. Ice to taste.

My notes:
On the website where I found this recipe, it is suggested to drink this thing with shots. My advice is to make a long drink. 150-200 ml of this stuff in an Old Fashioned glass, and add more ice – and you can sit for several hours and slowly sip this topic.

The most important nuance is to find the Mozart Pumpkin Spice, because it’s too specific a thing. I don’t even know what to replace it with – I’ve never seen pumpkin liqueurs on our shelves anymore. Especially pumpkin liqueurs with pepper in the composition, and pepper with cinnamon is the perfect combination.

But Mozart is not just a pumpkin liqueur, but also a milk liqueur. And milk liqueurs have extremely good chemistry with respect to all kinds of spices, so if you have pumpkin-milk liqueur without pepper in the composition, feel free to sprinkle it with paprika.

By the way, if you have Mozart Pumpkin Spice, but no whiskey with cinnamon, then you can try adding regular whiskey and sprinkle the whole thing on top with a pinch or two of cinnamon. And you can add a little paprika too. It is quite possible that you will like this option even more.
