Indian Summer – cocktail recipe

I’m offering you something that I can’t remember where I came across. But it’s delicious, it’s called Indian Summer, and it’s actually a very good summer long. It’s just a pity that our summer has been kind of crooked for many years now… Come on, let’s go.

Recipe:
5 parts Beluga Hunting Herbal Bitter
2.5 parts lemon juice
2.5 parts grapefruit juice
1 part plain syrup
22.5 parts of soda

Pour all the ingredients into a glass with or without ice, to choose from. Mix it up.

Indian Summer cocktail, ready to drink.

My notes:
Soda means soda, not mineral water. These are very different things. You can find good soda under the Star Bar brand in local stores. It is sold at a more or less acceptable price in small glass bottles of 175 ml, it makes sense to take five pieces at once.

The Beluga bitter was specified in the recipe, but nothing prevents you from taking any other bitter. Choose from those that are sold in large bottles. Plus, it is advisable to choose the one that was infused with herbs, without berries. For example, I am sure that the Riga Black classic balm is quite suitable. On the other hand, if you want to make this cocktail with Angostura in it, or with something sweet, then I will only support such an experiment. Only then, be sure to tell us what happened.

But the taste, if you do everything according to the recipe, you get a glass of pleasant, slightly herbal lemonade. It’s a very good thing, I strongly advise you to try it out. Moreover, the ingredients are, in principle, cheap and affordable.

Cheers, comrades.
